Catera requires a live selfie and driver's license photos for KYC. Background screening may be completed through Gigsafe once your application is approved.

Step-by-step
During onboarding Step 2, you'll be prompted to take a live verification selfie.
The selfie must be captured live using your device camera — no uploads from your gallery.
In Step 3, photograph the front and back of your driver's license.
All photos are reviewed by the Catera team for authenticity.
Eligible applicants may be asked to complete identity and background screening through Gigsafe when their application is approved.
Additional screening steps and authorization will be presented before the check begins.
