How to cancel an order
Tap the active order and select Cancel. Provide a reason. Frequent cancellations affect your reliability score.
Step-by-step

Go to your Active Delivery screen.

Tap the "Cancel Order" option at the bottom of the screen.

Select a cancellation reason from the list provided.

Confirm the cancellation.

The order will return to the available pool.
